That depends on you and your team. We create both the ad copy and creative for most of our clients. We'll get your input based on your branding, audience, value props, etc. Then, we'll create a variety of ad variations that we think will perform best based on our experience. You'll, of course, have final approval on all ads that we run. And you'll have full visibility into the ads that are running at all times. And if you have in-house designers who would prefer to do the creatives themselves, we 100% understand. In that case, we can give your team a creative brief on what we'd like them to create.

We can give detailed breakdowns of how to change your landing pages to make them convert better. If you do not have engineering resources in-house, we have external partners we can recommend to help create them.

You should already have tracking set up when we start working with you. However, we know that many early-stage startups need support in that area. For teams with in-house engineers, we can provide strategic guidance and detailed, step-by-step guides that they can follow. Or, we can do it for you for a one-time additional fee of €3.000,-.

Before we start running ads, you must set up analytics and conversion tracking, such as Google Analytics and ad channel pixels. We can help you do that if you need. Beyond that, we'll keep it as simple as possible for you. We'll communicate via Slack and Google Meets — the startup go-to tools.

Our fees are separate from ad spend and include ad management, creative production, analytics/reporting, CRO work on your landing pages/funnel, and general growth strategy. We can help you decide on your budget for ad spend.
